How long are the delivery times?
In Europe, we usually deliver between 3-7 days, depending on the country.
Where do you deliver to?
At the moment we can only deliver to selected European countries and Switzerland. However, we are working on expanding this service to other countries.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer all major credit cards and Paypal as payment options. How can I redeem my gift voucher? Either enter the gift voucher code at checkout or save the credit directly to your account.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns requested within 10 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused and unopened in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
