We currently offer online delivery services to customers in most EU countries and Switzerland. Please use the country selector to change your country of delivery. For all other countries please use our store locator.

The cost of delivery depends on the country of delivery and will be clearly stated during check-out. Depending on your country of delivery and value of purchase, shipment may be offered for free.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders placed on maison-noir.com will be shipped 24 to 48 working hours following a validation of your order. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the next business day.

Depending o your location, delivery might take longer. Generally all our orders are shipped within 2 to 7 days in Europe.

Please note that depending on your location (especially outside the EU) there may be additional customs duties to be paid by the customer

Returns

Maison Noir SA has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please check your product for defects upon arrival and notify us immediately in case of any issues.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@maison-noir.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
