Shipping Policy

Online Purchases at MAISON NOIR

We currently offer online delivery services to customers in most EU countries and Switzerland. Please use the country selector to change your country of delivery. For all other countries please use our store locator.

The cost of delivery depends on the country of delivery and will be clearly stated during check-out. Depending on your country of delivery and value of purchase, shipment may be offered for free.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders placed on maison-noir.com will be shipped 24 to 48 working hours following a validation of your order. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the next business day.

Depending o your location, delivery might take longer. Generally all our orders are shipped within 2 to 7 days in Europe. Shipment might take longer for orders outside the EU.

Please note that depending on your location (especially outside the EU) there may be additional customs duties to be paid by the customer

Returns

Maison Noir SA has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please check your product for defects upon arrival and notify us immediately in case of any issues.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@maison-noir.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Hygiene & Sealed Products

Due to health and hygiene reasons, fragrance products that have been opened or whose protective seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with after delivery cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all perfumes, colognes, and scented products sold by Maison Noir.

The right of return applies only to products that are returned in their original, unopened condition with all seals fully intact, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once the seal of a fragrance product has been broken, the right of withdrawal or return lapses immediately, regardless of whether the product has been used.
